A delightful member of staff helped me chose, giving real consideration to her suggestions. A wonderful range of goods and exceptional service. A small (very special) business can't possibly compete with the really big organisations, their success is based on offering something different, local, independent suppliers included and real customer service. Incidentally, I'm not flash with my limited cash and I didn't find it at all over priced for what they were offering. A wonderful shop, which I will continue to support.

The owner is really helpful - she exchanged a coat for me, even though I didn’t have the receipt, and even gave me a higher spec coat in exchange. Florence feels and looks very smart in her new coat!

Nothing seemed to be any trouble walked away with a perfect purchase and next time we are in the town of Beverley we will be back in.
